We are a small, highly experienced team of consultant psychiatrists and senior clinical professionals, united by one shared belief: everyone deserves timely, thoughtful, and expert mental health care.

Prof. Nilforooshan specialises in Older Adult Psychiatry and dementia care, with extensive experience in the assessment and management of complex cognitive disorders.
He holds a consultant position within Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and has contributed to major national and international research shaping best practice in memory services and dementia care.

Dr Rahmanian is a Consultant Psychiatrist at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, with specialist expertise in Adult ADHD assessment and treatment.
He also has significant experience in community mental health service leadership, ensuring structured, accessible, and high-quality patient care.

Dr Arbabi is a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust and a former Professor at Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
He specialises in neuropsychiatric and neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and complex neurodiversity presentations — combining clinical expertise with academic research to support evidence-based diagnosis and treatment.

Raj Rutah is a licenced global Chartered Director who brings over three decades of extensive operational excellence in medical management, healthcare operations, and entrepeurship. He also holds a role as Ambassador for the UK Institute of Director for South Region, as an expert honorary lecturer at the Royal Holloway University Business School and is an Editorial Board Member of the European Medical Flagship Journal.
He leads the operational delivery of Psychiatry Access ensuring services are efficient, accessible, patient centred and outcome focused.
